The Executive Team consists of technical team leads, innovation and use case team leads, and the director. The team is entrusted with the governance of the project and is responsible to ensure the long-term strategic alignment and synergies of activities to reach QIA’s technical as well as impact objectives. The Executive Team considers recommendations by the External Advisory Board, Widening Advisory Board, the Vision Team, and the Architecture Team, and advises the Alliance on all strategic and implementation decisions.

The Executive Team is supported by the Coordination Team.
