Internship at Wehner Group, QuTech/TU Delft
Open to Bachelor’s and MSc students, and PhD candidates | Internship period: 3 months

A software and network stack is needed to program and execute applications on quantum networks. Our group has previously contributed to these efforts by creating the world’s first link layer protocol for quantum networks (ACM SIGCOMM 2019) and the first quantum network operating system (QNodeOS, Nature 2025).
In this internship you have the opportunity to join the team in contributing to the developments of quantum network operating systems. The ideal candidate has a background in computer science or equivalent experience with a strong interest on computing and/or network systems, in particular operating systems.

Internship supervisor
Stephanie Wehner, Principal Investigator
