Technical University of Valencia (Universitat Politècnica de València or UPV) has strong expertise in computer engineering, in the definition and implementation of scalable full-stack quantum computing systems. Quantum programming languages and compilers (including quantum circuit mapping and operations scheduling), instruction set architecture and microarchitecture, and quantum error correction.
At QIA, UPV is working on the optimisation of compilers for quantum network applications.
